In the event of cancellation of the performance, the Cirque undertakes to inform the spectators one hour before the performance via the email used for the reservation;
The Cirque undertakes to either:
- Transfer your purchase to another representation of your choice in the same year;
- To refund your transaction
When purchasing the tickets, the conditions are as follows:
- Please note that no modification, no refund will be made,
- The service fees are non-refundable,
- The electronic ticket can only be used once,
- Copying, reproduction or resale of tickets is prohibited,
- The ticket holder must comply to the rules of the venues of the event,
- It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages,
- An ID may be required at the entrance of the event to validate if you meet the admission criteria of the ticket.
