Terms and conditions of use, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policy

In the event of a show cancellation, Cirque will inform spectators one hour before the show via the email used for the reservation;

Le Cirque is committed to either:

  • Transfer your purchase to another performance of your choice in the same year;
  • Process a refund of your transaction.

When purchasing tickets, the conditions are as follows:


  • If you wish to make modification(s) (ticket, seat, transportation), you can do so, subject to availability, by contacting us by phone at most five (5) days before the performance date you had chosen. Note that this operation incurs fees of $5.00 per ticket,
  • All tickets purchased for the current season must be used during that same period,
  • An electronic ticket can only be used once,
  • Copying, reproduction or resale of tickets are prohibited,
  • The ticket holder must comply with the venue’s regulations,
  • It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages,
  • A piece of identification may be required at the event entrance to validate that you meet the admission criteria of the ticket.

Refunds


Please note that tickets, gift tickets and gift cards are non-refundable.
